John (Jack) Chambers has been President of IFS Industries since May 2018.
With 41 years of experience in the adhesives industry, Jack has held various positions
such as vice president Durable Assembly, Windows & Polymers at H.B. Fuller and President at Forbo Adhesives LLC.
He earned his Business and Economics degrees at Cornell College in 1980.
Business Development Director
Gregory Alvarez has been Business Development Director with IFS Industries since December 2016.
With almost 30 years of experience in the adhesive industry, Greg has held various leadership and strategic sales positions, formerly at H.B. Fuller, Forbo, and National Starch & Chemical Co (Henkel).
He is a Texas A&M University alumni.
Executive Vice President
Les Charron is the President of Ona Polymers & EVP of IFS Industries. Les started Ona Polymers in 2006 and has built Ona to be a leading emulsion polymers producer serving the adhesive, coatings, and graphic arts industries.
Les brings 28 years of customer development and manufacturing experience to the industry. After graduating from Trinity University Les started his engineering career with Dow Chemical.
Executive Vice President
Eric DeLong has been Executive Vice President of IFS Industries since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in the adhesive industry and 23 years at IFS, Eric has held various jobs over his career including managing the Hot Melt adhesive group at IFS and Product Development and Sales positions at Henkel. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree at Grand Valley State University in 1994.
Director of Sales
Timothy Hamm joined the IFS Industries family in September of 2018 as Director of Sales and continues in that role today with expanded responsibility as Vice President. Prior to joining IFS Industries, Tim held previous roles of increasing responsibility at Royal Adhesives, Forbo, and H.B. Fuller. Tim earned his Management degree from Bethel College.
Vice President Supply Chain
Omer Javed has been Vice President Supply Chain of IFS Industries since April 2013. He has also started and successfully managing the offshore back office services for IFS since 2007, after being part of various multimillion dollar startups. He earned his Master's degree in Finance with emphasis on International Finance and Banking.
Blair Phillips has served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of IFS Industries since January 2016 and is responsible for the company’s accounting, corporate finance, treasury, and human resources functions. From 2007 to 2016, Blair worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Blair is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Master of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degrees from Texas A&M University.
JOHN RANEY II
Director of Operations
John joined the IFS team in April of 2018 as Site Leader for the Garland Texas Operation. John was promoted to Director of Operations in September of 2019 with responsibility for all US-based manufacturing operations. John has over 40 years of Operation/Manufacturing experience in a wide range of consumer product and adhesive manufacturing, both domestically and internationally, including 7 years as Regional Operation Manager for Forbo Adhesives.
Business Director Reactive Adhesives
Joel Snyder joined IFS Industries in January 2009 and currently serves as Business Director for the Reactive Adhesives Division. Joel has over 20 years experience in the adhesives industry serving in various roles including Director of Technology, Operations Manager, Laboratory Manager and Process Engineer. Joel graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
